Exchange Policy

2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item received
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
